While promoting Gully Boy on Super Dancer Chapter 3 with Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt liked a name, so much so that if she gets a daughter, she will name her the same
Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh are currently on a promotional spree for their upcoming film, Gully Boy. The duo recently appeared on dance reality show Super Dancer Chapter 3 and made fans go crazy with their dhamakedhaar camaraderie.
While Alia is keeping fans entertained with back to back hits, her personal life too is under constant scrutiny, courtesy her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor. And amidst all this, if Alia announces a name, which she would choose if she ever gets a daughter, wouldn't that catch your interest? That's exactly what happened on-the-sets of Super Dancer Chapter 3.
While the Gully Boy stars enjoyed kids’ performances in the show, Alia announced the name she would like to keep for her daughter. It all happened, when a participant misspelled Alia's name as Almaa. The Raazi actress was quick to respond, "Almaa bhut hi sunder naam hai, main apni beti ka naam Almaa rakhungi.”
Well, we don’t know whether marriage is on cards for Alia as yet but at least she had her kid's name sorted.
Meanwhile, this wasn’t the only moment which got claps and whistles, we also saw Singh getting emotional after seeing the act of contestant Gourav Sarwan, which also made audience’s eyes moist. In his performance, Gourav interpreted Ranveer’s life story and the actor was all praises for the him.
Singh said, "I had never thought that I will come to a dance show and someone will interpret my life in a dance routine. I'm a little taken by surprise but it is one of the most touching things someone has ever done for me. Times have changed, last year, I did two great movies, got married and at times I feel that it's all a dream. You guys have made me really emotional and I just can't hold back my tears, it was very very touching. I want to thank your Dad for letting you pursue your dreams just like my father did and by the grace of God I'm doing good in life, and I sincerely wish that you too have God's choicest blessings on you.”
